The Scots love their sports and the summer team sport they like to play more than any other is the venerable old game of cricket. In recognition of Scotland's qualification for the 2007 Cricket World Cup, visitors to this years Louisiana Highland Games will have the unique opportunity of experiencing this aspect of Scottish culture first hand by joining in the short, informal, cricket games that American cricket player Tom Melville will be conducting on Saturday, November 15.  The games will be run on a continuous walkup basis from 10:00 to  4:00 and are open to everyone.  Absolutely no experience required!  So come and discover what "play ball" means to a Scotsman!
